BAYVIEW DEVELOPMENTS
Quality contemporary style was the tone we clearly needed across Bayview's range of promotional material. We developed the use of their existing logo, constructing a new visual brand language around it to create the right feel. Consistency in structure and message would be an essential part of building brand recognition for the company in a crowded property market. However, we also wanted flexibility enough to create distinctive mini brands for the individual developments – Bayview's own message must reassure and qualify whatever a potential buyer was interested in, not get in the way of it. |
